Job summary

EY is seeking an Deployment Manager to lead large SAP deployment programs, collaborating with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to execute plans across Business Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will work with the Deployment Lead to define readiness, cutover, and hypercare strategies while managing timelines, costs, and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• ERP deployment experience (4-6 years) required.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementations.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
