Job summary

EY seeks a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP implementation projects, coordinating with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to execute plans across readiness, cutover, and hypercare.

You will define and drive business readiness, cutover and hypercare strategies, manage site readiness, cutover plans, and oversee post-go-live support and reporting while guiding teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree (4-year degree) is required.
• Typically 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementations.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• A willingness to travel 40–60% for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Participating in client sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
