Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to drive large SAP implementation programs across Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will partner with stakeholders, project teams, and third parties to execute strategic deployment plans and deliver technology transformation projects.

Strong leadership and communication are essential as you manage timelines, costs, and quality while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Travel flexibility; travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverables and project status.
• Lead client sessions and drive workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel regularly as needed by external client.
