Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• CPA, Law license or CMI eligibility preferred.
• 3+ years SALT experience in a professional services firm.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic SALT consulting to middle‑market and Fortune 500 clients.
• Research nexus, taxability analyses and quantify liabilities.
• Prepare state tax returns, sales/use and unclaimed property filings.
• Respond to notices from state/local tax authorities.
• Support due diligence and voluntary disclosure projects.
• Prepare memos for individuals, corporations, partnerships and LLCs.
• Maintain client communications and manage expectations.
• Coach junior staff and participate in firm learning programs.
• Grow client relationships through networking and collaboration.
• Assist with ruling requests and respond to audits.
