Fivetran is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer, GTM, to advance our Salesforce CRM and integrations. You will craft scalable solutions, lead critical projects, and mentor engineers while collaborating with leaders across Revenue, Marketing, Finance, and Product.

This high-visibility role requires governance, automation, and strong communication skills, based in the US with hybrid flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
• Deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with 2nd Generation Managed Packages is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design Salesforce CRM and related integrations.
• Drive strategic initiatives like automation and data integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the org to prioritize projects.
• Mentor engineers and uphold coding and design standards.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and governance of Salesforce ecosystem.
• Own the Salesforce stack and manage high-stakes projects.
