Fivetran is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer, GTM, to advance our Salesforce CRM and related systems. The role requires expert Salesforce development and architecture, with hands-on API-based integrations across the SFDC ecosystem.

You will collaborate with Revenue Excellence and stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure Salesforce serves as the single source of truth and scales with our global business.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development and architecture experience.
Experience with billing, revenue recognition, and order management.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and align technical initiatives with business objectives.

Responsabilités

Define and drive the critical projects and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and related systems, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions that integrate with other enterprise systems.
Spearhead process automation and data integration efforts to enhance operational efficiency and agility.
Mentor and develop a team of engineers, promoting best coding, design, and system architecture practices.
Address high-impact, complex technical challenges ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of Salesforce and its integrations.
Establish and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
Contribute to the broader tech community by sharing best practices and participating in industry events.
Own the Salesforce ecosystem fully and act as the primary point of contact for high-stakes projects.
