Fivetran in Oakland, CA is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer, GTM to elevate our Salesforce CRM and related systems across the globe. You will design and implement scalable, secure integrations, acting as a technical leader in a high-visibility role with cross-functional stakeholders.

You will mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and ensure governance and data privacy compliance while driving strategic initiatives and delivering business value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce development and architecture
• Strong business acumen and cost management
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams
• Certified Salesforce Developer I & II required
• Agile and DevOps with Git and CI/CD
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the critical projects and technical strategy for Salesforce CRM and related systems
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable and secure solutions that integrate with other enterprise systems
