Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer, GTM, to elevate our Salesforce CRM capabilities across the global business.

You will design and implement scalable, secure integrations, working with cross-functional leaders to ensure Salesforce is the single source of truth for the company’s revenue operations. You will mentor engineers, drive governance and compliance, and lead critical projects with a focus on cost awareness and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integration, API-based and IPaaS approaches.
• Strong communication of complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Agile and DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce CRM strategy and implementation for scalable, secure integrations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers and uphold high coding, design, and architectural standards.
• Own Salesforce ecosystem end-to-end, including governance, data privacy, and compliance.
