Figma is seeking a GTM Systems Architect to optimize Salesforce, govern data, and enable cross-functional teams spanning Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Legal, Product and Finance. The role blends business analysis with systems expertise to drive operational excellence.

Remote in the United States or from a US hub, with a requirement of 7+ years as a Salesforce administrator and strong data/reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as Salesforce Systems Administrator withPartner Ecosystem Management.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform and integrations, ability to build apps/objects/flows.
• Excellent documentation and communication across org levels.
• Strong data management and reporting/dashboard development.
• Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Salesforce operational inquiries from partnerships and cross-functional teams.
• Triage complex processes, identify root causes, and propose scalable solutions.
• Refine and evolve workflows with business stakeholders.
• Lead UAT for Salesforce enhancements and releases.
• Ensure solutions meet requirements and business objectives prior to release.
• Maintain scalable processes for partner onboarding, engagement tracking, and revenue attribution.
• Drive Salesforce adoption and optimize user experience with proper documentation.
