Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery in a dynamic Studio+ environment. You’ll support client workshops, shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and apply AI fluency and responsible automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

You’ll translate requirements into scalable designs, work with cross-functional teams, and contribute to Agile delivery while mentoring others.

Qualifications

Four-year degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on configuration.
Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more.
Experience facilitating requirements, design, and process workshops with client stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration concepts.
Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud consultants.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
Translate requirements into solution designs across Salesforce products and integrations.
Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud, Flow, APIs.
Draft and refine prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths.
Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers.
Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and propose mitigations.
Collaborate with developers and architects to define specs for custom code and migrations.
Apply quality, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and client demos.
Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and business outcomes.
