Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will design Salesforce solutions, mentor teams, and apply responsible AI practices across projects while leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud.

You’ll lead discovery sessions, shape user journeys, and collaborate with delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures, ensuring alignment with client goals and governance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
Typically 2-4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on configuration.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud encouraged.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives, pain points, and adoption barriers.
Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across data models, automation, and security.
Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein and related tools.
Draft prompts, agent behavior rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
Create documentation, process flows, user stories, and handoff materials for developers.
Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan migrations.
Collaborate with developers and architects on specifications for integrations and code.
Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and delivery readiness activities.
Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client communication.
