Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will lead discovery, design Salesforce solutions, and shape AI-enabled workflows across Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud. Collaborate with clients and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

You’ll mentor analysts, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and ensure design is secure, scalable, and adoption-ready across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrations.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• Typically 2-4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more.
• Experience facilitating or supporting requirements, design, and process workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, relational databases, and agile delivery methods.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or related credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives, pain points, journeys, adoption barriers, and outcomes.
• Translate functional requirements into Salesforce solution designs covering integrations, data models, and reporting.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud, Flow, APIs, and knowledge sources.
• Draft and test prompt instructions, agent rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop points.
• Create solution documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, data notes, and IT handoff materials.
