Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and apply responsible AI practices to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will mentor teams, contribute to Agile ceremonies, and work across discovery through adoption with clients and delivery teams. You’ll leverage Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud to create scalable, secure, and adoption-ready Salesforce

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config and customization.
Experience leading Salesforce solution design in teams of five or more.
Experience facilitating requirements/design workshops with client stakeholders.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, relational databases, and agile methods.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead or support client discovery sessions to understand objectives and outcomes.
Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, data, and security.
Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
Draft and test prompt instructions, agent rules, grounding, escalation, and human-review points.
Create solution docs, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and integration notes.
Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
Define specs for custom code, integrations, migrations, and proofs-of-concept.
Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout lifecycle.
Contribute to Agile ceremonies and ensure UAT readiness and demos.
Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client-ready design.
