Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You’ll shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and guide AI-enabled workflows across Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Einstein while collaborating with clients and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, MIS or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, including hands-on configuration and customization.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives, pain points, user journeys, adoption barriers, and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, integrations, data models, automation, security, reporting, and UX.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud/Data 360, Flow, APIs, and knowledge sources.
• Draft and iterate prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths for reliability.
