Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery across discovery, design, build, test, and adoption. You will facilitate client workshops, shape user journeys, and design Salesforce solutions while applying responsible AI principles to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will lead architecture discussions, document specifications, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2-4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce design activities in teams of five or more.
• Experience facilitating requirements, design, and workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile delivery methods.
• Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Platform App Builder, BA, Sales Cloud or related credentials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across integrations, data models, security, and UX.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
• Draft prompts, rules, grounding strategies, escalation paths, and human-in-the-loop review points.
• Create solution documentation, process flows, user stories, and configuration specs for developers and testers.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects to define specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and release readiness.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client-ready design.
