Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery across Salesforce products, data, and AI-enabled workflows. You will shape user journeys, design solutions, and guide teams through discovery, design, build, test, and adoption for clients.

You’ll lead workshops, draft documentation, and ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices are integrated into the delivery. EY offers hybrid work and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Four‑year bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Hands‑on configuration and customization experience.
• Experience leading/participating in Salesforce solution design within teams.
• Experience facilitating requirements/design/workshops with clients.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Cloud Consultants).
• Willingness to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to define client objectives and outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across data models, integrations, security, reporting, and UX.
• Design AI‑assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Data Cloud concepts.
• Draft and test prompts, grounding strategies, and escalation paths for reliability.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers and clients.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and propose mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers to define specs for integrations and migrations.
• Apply privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations throughout delivery.
• Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and readiness activities.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and client communication.
