Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You’ll support client workshops, shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and infuse AI fluency, prompt design, and responsible automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

You will mentor analysts, lead or support discovery sessions, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure secure, scalable, adoption-ready Salesforce solutions that balance innovation with governance.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience.
• Typically 2–4+ years Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams.
• Experience facilitating workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration concepts.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to define client objectives and measurable outcomes.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, data models, and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Salesforce tools and AI capabilities.
• Draft and test prompt instructions, agent behaviors, and grounding strategies.
• Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers.
• Identify gaps between current and future capabilities and plan mitigations.
• Collaborate with developers and architects on specs for custom code and migrations.
• Apply quality, risk, privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI considerations.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and project readiness activities.
• Mentor analysts and consultants in problem solving and client communication.
