Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and guide teams in AI-enabled, responsible automation to improve productivity and outcomes.

You’ll support client workshops, translate requirements, and produce clear designs for developers and stakeholders across multiple Salesforce products and integrations. EY offers hybrid work in a diverse, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant field; equivalent experience considered.
2-4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with hands-on config.
Experience guiding solution design within teams of five+ people.
Experience facilitating requirements and design workshops with clients.
Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, data migration, and agile methods.
Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead or support discovery sessions to define objectives and outcomes.
Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products and integrations.
Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
Draft prompts, agent rules, grounding strategies, and escalation paths.
Produce documentation, user stories, data notes, and handoff materials.
Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
Collaborate with developers/architects on specs for code and migrations.
Apply privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations throughout.
Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release prep.
Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving.
