Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery, shaping Salesforce solutions and AI-enabled workflows. You will support client workshops, translate requirements into scalable designs, and mentor teams to deliver adoption-ready solutions.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–4+ years Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading Salesforce design activities in teams of five+.
• Experience facilitating requirements/design workshops with clients.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and data migration concepts.
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs including integrations and data models.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud, and APIs as appropriate.
• Draft, test, and iterate prompt instructions, agent behavior rules, and escalation paths.
• Create solution documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for developers and clients.
• Identify gaps between current and future state capabilities and plan mitigations.
