Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs and technical delivery. You will support client workshops, shape user journeys and processes, and design Salesforce solutions with AI-enabled capabilities.

You’ll collaborate with delivery teams to meet objectives, apply responsible AI practices, and guide teams from discovery through adoption. Flexible work arrangements and a strong Total Rewards program are offered.

Qualifications

Four-year bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience considered.
Typically 2–4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
Experience leading solution design activities within teams of five or more.

Responsibilities

Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and measurable outcomes.
Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, extensions, and data models.
Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, Data Cloud / Data 360.
Draft and test prompt instructions and escalation paths for reliable delivery.
Create solution documentation, data/integration notes, and handoff materials for developers and clients.
Mentor analysts and consultants in structured problem solving and design thinking.
