Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 2+ years supporting Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, and REST APIs.
• Experience in SDLC within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps for Customer Experience operations.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative config and custom development.
• Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during design reviews and development planning, adhering to best practices and security guidelines.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise apps using REST APIs and middleware.
• Plan and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing; manage deployments and releases.
• Perform root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to quality standards and documentation.
