Job summary

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) seeks a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to own the administration, configuration, and development of Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated CX applications. You will work with analysts, admins, owners, QA, and architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 2+ years with Service Cloud.
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL and REST APIs.
Experience supporting SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, configure, test, deploy and support Salesforce Service Cloud.
Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative config and custom development.
Collaborate with analysts, product owners, architects, QA and stakeholders.
Provide technical leadership in design reviews and planning.
Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST and middleware.
Plan, execute and support unit, integration, and UAT testing.
Analyze production issues, perform root cause analysis, implement fixes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely releases.
Mentor junior developers and share platform knowledge.
