• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and improve Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications focused on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing Salesforce solutions and legacy code.
• Build and update integrations between Salesforce and internal/external platforms.
• Support case management and customer support-related business processes.
• Collaborate with technical leads to design and implement scalable solutions.
• Investigate issues independently and escalate when needed.
• Document solutions and maintain clean, maintainable code.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and take on additional work.
• Continuously learn and expand Salesforce knowledge and best practices.
