Based in Chicago, IL, this onsite role emphasizes independent ownership of BAU operations and collaboration with Intake Centre and Contact Centre teams. Qualifications

• 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge and configuration skills.
• Hands-on experience with Patient Support Programs in Pharma/Life Sciences.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams for Intake Centre and Contact Centre applications.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements.
• Support and optimize Salesforce-based solutions, including configuration-related activities.
• Drive requirement workshops, process mapping, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of enhancements and operational support requests.
• Manage and prioritize BAU activities while ensuring business continuity and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend scalable solutions.
• Support testing, user acceptance activities, and production issue resolution.
