Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Pharmaceutical/healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM project experience.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Work with pharmaceutical business teams to understand processes and operational needs.
• Support Salesforce CRM implementation, customization, enhancement, and integration initiatives.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with business users, Salesforce developers, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
• Analyze existing workflows and recommend process improvements.
• Support Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Health Cloud initiatives as applicable.
• Ensure requirements align with pharma compliance standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA).
• Coordinate UAT, defect tracking, and business validation.
