Job summary
Customertimes is seeking a Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner for a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementation. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and work with the Salesforce delivery team, focusing on Commercial Sales & Marketing in pharma.
The role is fully remote, freelance B2B, with initial 50% commitment, potentially increasing to 100% across US, Canada, or LATAM. Collaboration with developers and business stakeholders is essential to align CRM capabilities
Qualifications
- Senior BA/PO with pharma experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC).
- Experience supporting pharma Commercial Sales & Marketing functions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze requirements, and identify gaps between current processes and the future LSC solution.
- Translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
