Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive how government services are modernized through Salesforce-based products.

You will partner with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to set direction, scope features, remove obstacles, and assess business impact on contracts. You will lead initiatives across cross-functional teams, socialize roadmaps, and translate data insights into actionable plans that improve user experiences for millions of

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for trade-offs and planning.

Responsibilities

• Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects from high-level initiatives to features and metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize, iterate on, and build buy-in for product initiatives with teams, government partners, and contractors.
• Collaborate with the project management team to prioritize roadmaps and inbound work.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric and user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors.
• Measure product progress toward goals and translate data insights into action.
