Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive our vision for government digital services.

You will work with government partners and Nava's engineering, design, and business teams to set direction, define features, and measure impact on contracts that serve millions of Americans. You have 3+ years as a Product Manager, Salesforce product experience, and strong communication skills to secure stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model and related objects/fields/relationships.
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, and reports/dashboards.
• Experience running and shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical, UX, and PM trade-offs.

• Define vision, goals, and measures of success for products.
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and tech leads to synthesize market and user needs.
• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects from initiatives to features.
• Develop and ship projects with cross-functional teams.
• Socialize, iterate, and build buy-in for product initiatives with partners and contractors.
• Prioritize roadmaps with project management to align inbound work.
• Represent Nava's outcome-centric approach in agency/distributor meetings.
• Translate user needs into measurable progress and data-driven actions.
• Make tactical design and requirements decisions to align with objectives.
