Job summary

Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive our vision for modern, user-centered government services.

You will work with government partners and Nava’s engineering, design, and business teams to set product direction, scope features, and measure business impact on contracts. You will partner with engineers, designers, and project managers to remove obstacles, socialize product initiatives, and translate insights into action, enabling scalable, secure cloud solutions for

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication for trade-offs; ability to step up into gaps and ambiguity to structure action plans
• Ability to identify market trends and adjust plans based on future expectations
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not required
• May be subject to a government background check or security clearance depending on contract

Responsibilities

• Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects from high-level initiatives to features, user stories, and metrics
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects
• Proactively socialize, iterate on, and build buy-in for product initiatives with team, government partners, and contractors
• Collaborate with project management to prioritize roadmaps and inbound work
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric and user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors
• Measure product progress toward business goals or user needs and translate data insights into action
