You will work with government partners and Nava's engineers, designers, and business teams to shape features, set direction, and deliver user-centered solutions that improve the daily lives of millions of Americans. You will collaborate across teams to define scope, measure outcomes, and translate user needs into actionable requirements, while maintaining a bias toward action in

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products.
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model.
• Experience configuring declarative Salesforce tools like Flow, validation rules, permission sets, reports, dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams and partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong bias toward action; can handle ambiguous situations.
• Ability to execute with incomplete information and reverse engineer plans.
• Ability to identify market trends and adapt plans accordingly.
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative mindset.
