Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to shape government-facing digital services.

You will partner with government partners and cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and business professionals to define strategy, scope features, and drive delivery of user-friendly solutions that improve public outcomes. You will work in a remote-friendly environment across the US, collaborating with our clients and Nava teams to deliver measurable value and drive adoption of modern

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model
• Experience configuring declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, permission sets, reports/dashboards)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build buy-in across teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for trade-offs
• Strong bias towards action in incomplete information scenarios
• Ability to execute with incomplete information and build order from divergent needs
• Ability to define product objectives and reverse engineer path and communications
• Ability to identify market trends impacting product direction and adjust plans
• Adaptive, empathetic, collaborative mindset

• Define the vision, goals, and measures of success for the products you manage
• Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and technical leads to synthesize market research and user needs
• Define direction, scope, and priority of projects, features, and business metrics
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects
• Socialize and build buy-in for product initiatives with teams and government partners
• Prioritize roadmaps and inbound work with project management
• Represent Nava’s user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies
• Understand needs of end users and population segments we serve
• Measure progress toward goals and translate data into action
• Make tactical decisions to improve design and requirements
