Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision for government services' digital products.

You’ll work directly with government partners and Nava's engineering, design, and business teams to create simple, usable experiences that improve lives of millions of Americans. You’ll guide direction, scope features, and measure impact on government contracts, communicating clearly to build consensus across teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce‑based products.
• Hands‑on understanding of the Salesforce data model and related tools.
• Experience configuring declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, permission sets, reports and dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications.
• Strong ability to build product plans and gain buy‑in.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and success measures for managed products.
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and tech leads to synthesize market needs and requirements.
• Define project scope, priority, features, and business metrics.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Socialize and iterate on product initiatives with stakeholders and partners.
• Prioritize roadmaps with the project management team.
• Represent Nava’s outcome‑centric approach in meetings with agencies.
• Understand needs of end users and government partners served.
• Translate data insights into actionable product improvements.
• Make tactical decisions to guide design and requirements.
