Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Product Manager to drive our mission of reimagining how government services are delivered.

You will work directly with government partners and cross-functional teams to set direction, scope features, remove obstacles, and assess business impact on government contracts. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to turn discoveries into outcomes-focused roadmaps while ensuring user-centric decisions and measurable progress toward

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on Salesforce-based products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
• Hands-on understanding of the Salesforce data model, including objects, fields, relationships, record types, and page layouts.

Responsibilities

• Define the direction, scope, and priority of projects, from high-level initiatives to specific features, user stories, and business metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and ship projects.
• Proactively socialize, iterate on, and build buy-in for product initiatives with the team, government partners, and other contractors.
• Collaborate with the project management team to prioritize roadmaps and inbound units of work.
• Represent Nava’s outcome-centric and user-centric approach in discovery meetings with agencies and contractors.
• Measure product progress toward business goals or user needs and translate data insights into action.
