Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an engineering leader with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise and broad software engineering background. You will lead a team delivering scalable, integrated solutions spanning API integrations, custom microservices, and automated outreach workflows.

You’ll oversee Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Marketing and Data Cloud, while driving DevOps and modern software practices.

Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce platform knowledge including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on coding experience.
• Experience leading software teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Salesforce and software engineers to build scalable, integrated solutions.
• Oversee architecture design, customization, and scalability of Salesforce Platform.
• Drive DevOps practices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Marketing, and Sales Ops to translate strategy into tech.
