Job summary

CVS Health seeks an engineering leader with deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise and broad software engineering background. You will build scalable, cloud-native solutions supporting Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach Programs.

You will lead Salesforce developers and software engineers, guiding API integrations, microservices, and automation while aligning with Product and Security teams. A strong focus on governance, quality, and velocity is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development
• 2+ years managing or developing software engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments
• Deep Salesforce platform knowledge including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software and Salesforce engineers building scalable, integrated solutions
• Oversee architecture, design, and governance of Salesforce and broader software stack
• Drive DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD in a cloud-first setting
• Collaborate with Product, Security, Marketing, and Leadership to translate strategy into technical deliverables
