Ledgent Technology is seeking a Salesforce / Litify Administrator in Costa Mesa, CA. The role is a weekly hybrid onsite position with a direct-hire path and compensation ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience.

You will own a Salesforce/Litify environment, optimize the platform, and collaborate with attorneys, operations, and leadership to streamline workflows. You will configure the system, automate processes with Salesforce Flow, manage users and integrations,

Formación

• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience including automation, security, reporting and user management.
• Experience with Litify or Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally in a legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow and data management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary Salesforce/Litify Administrator, overseeing configuration, customization, security, and day-to-day platform operations.
• Build and enhance legal workflows using Salesforce Flow and other declarative automation tools.
• Manage user access, permissions, integrations, and third-party applications.
• Maintain data integrity through audits, governance, migrations, and reporting best practices.
• Create dashboards and reports that provide visibility into caseloads, productivity, pipeline, and operational performance.
• Lead Litify implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, testing, rollout activities, and enhancement prioritization.
• Act as the internal subject matter expert, providing user support, training, and documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable technology solutions and improve platform adoption.
