Law Offices of Julian Sanders seeks a motivated Litify Salesforce Consultant to join our team in Atlanta. You will implement and optimize Litify on Salesforce, configure modules, dashboards, and automation, and partner with attorneys and operations to enhance workflows and case management.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litify Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and optimizing the Litify platform built on Salesforce for legal organizations. This role will partner closely with attorneys, legal operations teams, and stakeholders to design solutions that improve workflows, case management, reporting, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Litify and Salesforce implementation, configuration, customization, and optimization projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from legal and operational stakeholders.
• Configure Litify modules, workflows, dashboards, reports, and automation to support firm operations.
• Design and implement scalable solutions that align with best practices and business objectives.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, intake teams, and leadership to improve processes and user adoption.
• Manage data migration, data quality initiatives, and system integrations.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.
• Work closely with technical teams, developers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay current on Litify releases, Salesforce enhancements, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience working with Litify and/or Salesforce platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of legal operations, case management, and workflow automation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Litify implementation experience within a law firm or legal services organization.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, or Consultant certifications.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, DocuSign, Microsoft 365, or other legal technology platforms.
• Knowledge of personal injury, mass tort, workers' compensation, or litigation workflows.
