Job summary

Bighorn Law seeks a Salesforce & Litify Administrator to own our Litify case management on Salesforce, blending admin tasks with custom code work in Apex and Lightning Web Components.

You will partner with leadership and departments to identify problems, design solutions, and automate processes across the firm. On‑the‑job learning in legal operations is expected, with a focus on becoming the internal Salesforce expert.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Salesforce orgs, users, permissions, and reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce and Litify configurations and custom code.
• Willingness to learn business processes and apply automation where appropriate.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Salesforce & Litify Administrator will own all aspects of our case management system, Litify, which is built on the Salesforce platform. This is a hybrid administrator and developer role. It combines core Salesforce administration (users, permissions, configuration, task maps, reporting, and sandbox/staging environments) with the ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify the custom code in our system, including Apex and Lightning Web Components.

The right candidate will be comfortable working directly with leadership and individual departments to identify problems, develop solutions, and continuously improve our systems. They should be equally comfortable troubleshooting an employee's immediate issue and thinking strategically about how a process could be redesigned or automated across the organization.

We are looking for someone who can become our internal Salesforce expert rather than relying exclusively on outside consultants whenever the firm wants to make a change.

The most important quality for this role is the ability to learn how our business actually operates and to understand the Salesforce platform and its limits well enough to know what should be built, how it should be built, and what should not be built at all. Legal operations experience is helpful but not required; we expect the right person to learn it on the job.
