Job summary

Bighorn Law seeks a Salesforce & Litify Administrator to own our Litify case management on Salesforce, blending admin tasks with custom code work in Apex and Lightning Web Components.

You will partner with leadership and departments to identify problems, design solutions, and automate processes across the firm. On‑the‑job learning in legal operations is expected, with a focus on becoming the internal Salesforce expert.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring Salesforce orgs, users, permissions, and reports.
• Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce and Litify configurations and custom code.
• Willingness to learn business processes and apply automation where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Own Litify on Salesforce and manage core admin tasks and app configuration.
• Read, troubleshoot, and modify Apex and Lightning Web Components as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to design scalable processes and automate workflows.
• Serve as internal Salesforce expert and guide cross‑functional teams.
