Job summary

Ledgent Technology in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Salesforce/Litify Administrator to own the environment, drive platform optimization, and partner with attorneys, operations, and leadership to improve workflows across the organization. You will serve as the primary admin for Salesforce/Litify, build workflows with Salesforce Flow, manage users and integrations, maintain data integrity, and create dashboards to monitor

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including automation and security.
• Experience with Litify or Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally in a legal environment.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flow and data management practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Salesforce/Litify Administrator overseeing configuration and daily operations.
• Build and optimize legal workflows using Salesforce Flow and declarative automation.
• Manage user access, permissions, integrations, and third-party apps.
• Maintain data integrity with audits, governance, migrations, and reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports to monitor caseloads, productivity, and performance.
• Lead Litify implementation efforts and prioritize enhancements.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for stakeholders.
