Job summary

The Thumbs Up Guys seek an experienced Salesforce & Litify Administrator who will own the case management system built on Salesforce. This hybrid role combines admin duties with development work, including Apex and Lightning Web Components, to optimize processes across the organization.

You will learn the company’s operations, collaborate with leadership and departments, and design scalable solutions while maintaining data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in a professional environment, including both administration and development work.
• Read/understand/troubleshoot Apex and Lightning Web Components; experience writing Apex, SOQL, test classes, and LWC preferred.
• Strong command of Salesforce admin fundamentals: data model, security/sharing, permissions, Flow automation, reporting & dashboards.
• Knowledge of governor/API limits and data storage; design with platform limits in mind.
• Experience managing sandboxes and deploying changes to production with tools like Change Sets or DevOps Center.
• Interest in AI and hands-on experience building AI-powered tools integrated with Salesforce/Litify.
• Ability to learn business processes quickly and translate into requirements and system design.
• Experience with Litify and integrations with AppExchange recommended but not required.
• Certifications as listed in the ad; equivalent credentials accepted.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator and internal technical expert for Salesforce/Litify, covering configuration and custom development.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce/Litify objects, fields, page layouts, types, permissions, profiles, and dashboards.
• Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and determine when custom code is needed.
• Read and maintain Apex controllers/triggers and LWC; write new code when declarative tools are insufficient.
• Design solutions considering governor limits, API limits, and data storage for scalability.
• Learn firm processes and translate needs into practical tech solutions in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead development of in-house AI solutions within Salesforce/Litify to automate workflows and surface insights.
• Document requirements, propose alternatives to avoid unnecessary complexity, and ensure secure data practices.
• Create and maintain reports/dashboards for leadership, and manage sandbox deployments with testing/documentation.
