Law Offices of Julian Sanders seeks a motivated Litify Salesforce Consultant to join our team in Atlanta. You will implement and optimize Litify on Salesforce, configure modules, dashboards, and automation, and partner with attorneys and operations to enhance workflows and case management.

You will lead data migration, manage integrations, develop end-user training, and stay current with Litify releases. The ideal candidate has 2+ years with Litify/Salesforce, strong analytical skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years with Litify/Salesforce platforms.
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (objects, fields, flows, reports).
• Strong understanding of legal operations and case management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Litify and Salesforce implementation, configuration, and optimization.
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements.
• Configure Litify modules, dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Design scalable solutions aligned with objectives.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to improve processes.
• Manage data migration, data quality, and integrations.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.
