Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant to drive current and future state design for life sciences processes, including KAM, Speaker/Event Management, Field Coaching, and Medical Interactions. You’ll work with platform and solution teams to translate requirements into Salesforce capabilities and explore agentic AI opportunities.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in consulting or Life Sciences roles.
Ownership of core Life Sciences processes such as KAM, Speaker/Event Management, Field Coaching or Medical Interactions.
Ability to travel up to 50% and willingness to work with Deloitte teams.

Responsibilities

Lead current state assessments and future state visioning for Life Sciences processes.
Translate business requirements into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
Partner with architects to ensure builds align with business intent.
Identify opportunities for agentic AI within Life Sciences workflows.
Facilitate design workshops and governance discussions with client stakeholders.
Develop business cases and executive narratives linking process change to outcomes.
Support sales lifecycle activities including proposals and client presentations.
Mentor colleagues to grow functional to technical fluency.
