Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant to lead current and future state visioning for core Life Sciences processes including Key Account Management, Speaker and Event Management, Field Coaching, and Medical Interactions. You will partner with architects to translate process design into Salesforce capabilities and explore agentic AI opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of consulting or Life Sciences industry experience.
3+ years ownership of core Life Sciences processes (KAM, Speaker/Event Mgmt, Field Coaching, Medical Interactions).
Willingness to travel up to 50% on average.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

Lead current and future state visioning for core Life Sciences processes.
Translate business intent into build-ready requirements with stakeholders.
Collaborate with solution architects to map processes to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
Identify opportunities for agentic AI usage within KAM, events, or field coaching workflows.
Support business development, including SOWs and client proposals.
