Job summary

Deloitte France is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Consultant to help Life Sciences customers implement Salesforce clouds and drive business value across patient support workflows.

You will collaborate with business and clinical stakeholders, elicit requirements, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Travel approximately 50% and immigration sponsorship may be available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
• 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations.
• Expertise in at least two Salesforce clouds: Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a technology field; or equivalent years of experience.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• As a Consultant on the Sales & Service team supporting Salesforce programs, you will partner with business and clinical/operations stakeholders to translate patient and provider support needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business requirements, managing requirements through delivery, and driving functional design across patient support workflows.
