Qualifications
- 5+ years in consulting or Life Sciences industry
- 3+ years leading Salesforce programs with full lifecycle implementations
- Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Health Cloud Certification
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a bachelor
- Ability to travel 50% on average
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Responsibilities
- Supporting design and delivery of sales and service transformation initiatives across strategy, process, technology, and operating model workstreams
- Analyzing current-state business processes and customer journeys to identify gaps
- Gathering and documenting business requirements and translating client needs into deliverables
- Facilitating client workshops and stakeholder interviews and tracking decisions and risks
- Creating presentations, status reports, and implementation materials for program execution
