Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud Senior Consultant in the US to lead current state assessments and future state visioning for core Life Sciences processes. You will partner with architects to translate designs into Salesforce capabilities, identify agentic AI opportunities, and facilitate governance with client stakeholders.

The role demands deep domain fluency, cross-functional collaboration, and advisory excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of professional experience in consulting or relevant Life Sciences industry roles.
3+ years of ownership of at least one core Life Sciences business process such as KAM, Speaker/Event, Field Coaching, or Medical Interactions.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Experience translating business process requirements into technology solutions.
Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud experience preferred or equivalent CRM platform experience.
Salesforce Certified Agentforce for Life Sciences Consultant.
Direct experience defining or scoping agentic AI use cases in commercial or medical processes.
2+ years hands-on configuring or advising on Life Sciences capabilities across personas (Field Sales, KAM, MSLs, Field Reimbursement).
Experience with Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations.
Experience delivering in a SAFe Agile environment at Solution Train, ART, or scrum team level.

Responsibilities

Leading current state assessments and future state visioning for core Life Sciences processes (KAM, Speaker/Event Management, Field Coaching, Medical Interactions, Sample Management).
Acting as the functional voice, challenging legacy assumptions and defining what better looks like.
Partnering with solution architects to translate design into Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud capabilities.
Identifying opportunities for agentic AI and defining human-in-the-loop models.
Facilitating design workshops and governance conversations to convert domain expertise into build-ready requirements.
Developing business cases and executive-ready narratives connecting transformation to outcomes.
Providing planning, design, and advisory support across lifecycle from requirements to adoption.
Mentoring colleagues to build functional to technical fluency.
Supporting business development with SOWs, proposals, and client presentations.
Contributing to internal practice development and codifying process playbooks for Life Sciences functions.
Deep functional fluency in at least one Life Sciences domain (e.g., Events, Field Excellence, Medical Affairs).
Comfort at the intersection of business process and technology, including AI integration.
Translate ambiguous intent into structured, build-ready details.
Strong facilitation to land decisions in future state sessions.
Lead workstreams independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Executive-level written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
Attention to detail without losing sight of the operating model.
