The role requires 5+ years in consulting or life sciences, 3+ years leading Salesforce programs, and travel up to 50%. Certifications in Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud are preferred. Competitive compensation is offered in USD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or Life Sciences industry (pharma, medtech, biotech).
• 3+ years leading Salesforce programs with full lifecycle implementations.
• Life Sciences Cloud Certification or Health Cloud Certification.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and delivery of sales and service transformation initiatives across strategy, process, technology, and operating model workstreams.
• Analyze current-state business processes and customer journeys to identify gaps and improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
• Facilitate client workshops and interviews, tracking decisions, risks, issues and actions.
• Create presentations, status reports, process maps and implementation materials to support execution.
