You will analyze requirements, architect solutions, and maintain applications. Responsibilities include coding, code quality oversight, architecture influence, and mentoring junior developers while staying current with Salesforce releases and features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of security models, data access, and sharing rules.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops Salesforce applications while ensuring best practices.
• Oversees code quality, security standards and the performance of the application.
• Influences decisions across other teams related to the solution architecture.
• Mentors junior developers as required.
• Maintains awareness of Salesforce releases and features; implements them as appropriate.
• Provides production support and resolves issues quickly and efficiently.
• Owns architectural and technical decisions that create a robust application.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align business processes with development and design.
• Creates technical design specifications and deployment plans.
• Serves as a technical advisor to business stakeholders, analysts and project managers.
• Builds and maintains custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, APIs; completes unit testing.
• Participates in stakeholder meetings to gather major requirements for feature designs.
• Follows established coding standards.
