Job summary

Long Home is seeking a Business Systems Analyst & Project Manager to bridge business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, IT, vendors, and leadership. You will turn business needs into clear requirements, organize project plans, test solutions, document processes, and drive user adoption.

Salesforce will be the primary platform, with support for other systems. You will structure intake, backlog management, project execution, testing, training, and stakeholder communication to scale the technology

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related roles.
Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into clear documentation.
Strong project coordination or project management experience.
Experience managing backlogs, work queues, or intake processes.
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery approaches.
Salesforce experience, especially with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and data quality concepts.

Responsibilities

Bridge between business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, IT, vendors, and leadership to translate needs into clear requirements and project plans.
Own and maintain the backlog, including enhancements, reporting needs, and cross-functional tech requests.
Lead discovery sessions, user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for initiatives.
Coordinate UAT, stakeholder communications, training, and change management as needed.
Guide delivery ceremonies and ensure work is well-defined before execution.
